Women In Educational Leadership (WIEL) is a voluntary group established in NZ in 2013 with two purposes: – to encourage professional conversations – to provide an opportunity for networking among members.
WIEL functions aim to present inspiring speakers and to provide networking and support opportunities for local women on a termly basis.
Our goal is to encourage professional conversations between women who are both currently in leadership roles as well as with those who aspire to be excellent educators. WIEL recognises leadership at all levels.
